This website collects personal data you voluntarily submit through the registration form or by contacting us via WhatsApp or email — typically your name, mobile number, email address, preferred viewing day/time, unit-type preference and enquiry details. Where you arrive via an advertising link, the campaign source (UTM parameters) is recorded alongside your submission so we know which channel to credit. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry about Wynwood Grand EC, to send you the project information you requested, and to assist with eligibility and financing checks you ask for.

In line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA): we do not sell your personal data; we share it only where needed to fulfil your request (with a bank partner for a loan check you requested, or with the developer's appointed sales team to book your showflat appointment); and we retain it only as long as necessary.
